What is it?
The new Bytes Cloud Dashboard is our newly developed Dashboard built on modern a framework and technology enabling us to interact with ever evolving Microsoft technology and processes
 
Why have we developed this?
We are developing the new Cloud Dashboard predominantly to enable our Customers and Resellers to provision all services available through CSP (Online Services, Azure Subscriptions, Azure Reservations & Software) and to deliver automation and enhancements on all aspects of managing CSP tenants and estates.

Features

Below is a list of features that will be released to end users on March 1st.

•    Saved Basket(s) Functionality
•    Procurement of Online Services – intuitive interface for purchasing Parent and Add-On Subscriptions.

•    Azure Reservations
•    Software Subscriptions
•    Perpetual Software

Cloud Help Centre

In this release there will also be a Cloud Help Centre, the FAQ’s in this page will allow users to self-service even further, like Requesting a PO Change/ Querying an Invoice from Bytes/ Requesting a Demo etc. Users can create tickets which will be assigned to the CSRM or CSP Help team.
